EXPLOSIVES, NARCOTICS and CADAVER DETECTION DOG DEMO

At 4:00 pm, Sunday, September 24, we will be holding, in the Telluride Room, an interactive demonstration by the handler of an Explosives, Narcotics and Cadaver detection dog. Craig Richardson and Gailyn Whitman train such dogs for Spetsnaz K-9, a private contractor, who works with many Law Enforcement Agencies and/or Government bodies. Working for El Paso County Sheriff, two weekends ago, Craig, Gailyn and their dog Czar located the remains of two bodies, in Pikes Peak National Forest, who had not been located before through the efforts of several other teams. The successful search made the local TV news. What makes this so appealing to us is that Czar is a Doberman. Contact Nancy Christensen if you would like to attend, seating is limited.
