3. Complete your arrival information
4. Put in your 3 letter Group Code in the group code box
5. Special Group rates will show on screen to book

The hotel is now requesting we do not call directly for reservations but to call Central Reservations at 888-465-4329. Another alternative is to submit your request via email to one of the following email addresses: veronica.finch@jqh.com or ben.hahn@jqh.com
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Any reservation cancelled before August 20, 2006 will be charged for a one night stay.
Any reservation cancelled after Aug. 23, 2006 will be charged for a 3 night stay.
Because some guests may want to arrive prior to, or remain past the dates of your program, the reservations department will be pleased to respond to each of these requests on an individual basis, subject to availability of the hotel at the same conference rate.
Room prices for single, double, triple, & quad rooms will be the same. $89.00 plus tax. There will be a one time charge of $25.00 per room for cleaning and a $50.00 damage deposit which is refundable after inspection by the hotel housekeeping staff.
ROOMS WILL BE CHECKED DAILY BY HOUSEKEEPING. NO EXCEPTIONS. THEY MUST BE ABLE TO CLEAN ROOMS DAILY. ALL DOGS MUST BE CRATED IF NO ONE IS IN THE ROOM. PLEASE USE THE HANG TAGS GIVEN AT CHECK-IN.
ANYONE VIOLATING RULES BY DPCA OR HOTEL WILL BE SUBJECT TO SHOW COMMITTEE HEARING AND/OR ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES.
WE HAVE A LOVELY PLACE THAT IS IDEAL FOR YOUR DOGS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE IT CLEAN. NO EXCUSES.
"The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses,
damages, and claims arising out of exhibitors activities on the Hotel
premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its
owners, and its management company, as well as their respective agents,
servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims."
Hotel will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or claims
arising out of exhibitors activities on the Hotel's premises except for any
claims, loss, or damages arising directly from the Hotel's own negligence.
DPCA Will be responsible to negotiate the contract with its exhibitors. "
